• Health Protection Agency, Porton Down, England The HPA, Porton Down are responsible for developing responses to the deliberate or accidental release of biological or chemical agents and to collate, analyse and interpret information to identify outbreaks and monitor patterns in the prevalence of infectious diseases and the performance of vaccine programmes. Project Lifecycle Services Ltd provides interim consultancy services including management of the site-wide Capital works department and also the development and implementation of new Project Management methodologies and procedures.
• Glaxo Smithkline, Dartford, UK Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant GSK Dartford is a primary pharmaceutical manufacturing plant a member of the GSK group of companies.
  
  Project Lifecycle Services LTD provided consultancy services including the development and implementation of a site-wide strategic programme and cost model and leading design workshops including instigating and implementing value engineering exercises. We also provided a detailed report with SWOT analysis detailing observations and recommendations for a more effective project implementation strategy including a more robust project change-control procedure.
• ZincOx RESOURCES PLC St. Louis, Illinois, USA Zinc Processing Plant Project New leach and purification plant based on the treatment of Electric Arc Furnace Dust (EAFD), a product of steel recycling.
• CENTOCOR B.V. Johnson & Johnson Leiden, Netherlands Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant Project Purchase and refurbishment of a GMP biotech fermentation pilot plant, laboratory and office building from concept to construction.
  
  Completed the re-fit of a preculture facility and a closed preculture/cell banking system facility based on Wave Biotech Cellbag system / bioreactors. 12 bioreactors SCADA controlled.
• TAKEDA PHARMACEUTICALS Grange Castle Dublin Bulk Pharmaceutical API Plant Project Bulk pharmaceutical plant development consists of 8500 square metres of buildings on a site of 20 acres and represents an investment of €80 million.
• GLOBAL SWITCH Amsterdam-Netherlands Internet Data Exchange Co-location Centre New Build Project 291,045sqft of data centre operating from a secure and robust power network both within the site and externally. Dual redundant components and circuits (N+1) to minimise the risk of any service disruption to any portion of a customer facility.
• GERARD LABORATORIES Dublin-Ireland Pharmaceutical Laboratory New-Build Extension Tablet Manufacturing Facility Project Two level GMP tablet manufacturing facility to IMB standards incorporating storage of raw materials, dispensing of raw materials, granulation / mixing, drying, milling, blending, tablet compression, storage of finished product and shipping.
• NAPP PHARMACEUTICALS LTD Cambridge Facility Refurbishment / Expansion & Services Infrastructure Replacement Project Complete refurbishment / upgrade of a single level tablet manufacturing facility to GMP MCA standards incorporating the IBC system. Services infrastructure replacement programme including Steam, CHW and LTHW pipework / systems as well as new TCWW, THWW, CIP, PHWW and Clean Steam system.
• BROOK HOUSE DEVELOPMENT Mayfair London Financial Institution / Offices / 12 Luxury Apartments New-Build Project 131,820 sqft of luxury apartments, parking spaces, bank / retail area and plant areas. The design demonstrates how the highest quality accommodation can sit comfortably in an historical setting commensurate with its world famous location.
• ROYAL HOLLOWAY UNIVERSITY OF LONDON Surrey Heating System and Boiler Replacement Program / Fire Detection System Installation of Services Infrastructure and wet central heating and fire detection system to the 600 bedrooms of the original Founders Building one of the most remarkable buildings in the world.
• HUNTINGDONSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL Housing Association project Installation of 3500 central heating systems to domestic dwellings including sheltered accommodation.
  
  Investigate, design and make recommendations for the repair of central-heating installations, electrical rewires and upgrades to domestic dwellings.
